Final Judgment was awarded on November 19, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2015CA001698CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM M. NAPOLITANO; THOUSAND OAKS EAST PHASE 5 HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; THOUSAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil, Ph.D will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on January 11, 2016 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, IN BLOCK 1, OF THOUSAND OAKS EAST PHASE V, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
