NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, Case No. 51-2015-CA-001348, in which Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee of SW REMIC Trust 2014-1 without recourse, and Defendants, Rodney Fletcher; Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Bank of America, N.A. (USA) f/k/a NationsBank, N. A.; Applied Bank; Pasco County, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Gerald McIntosh, together with any, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, or trustees of said defendant(s), and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida:
