Final Judgment was awarded on November 5, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-001166 WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and NANCY A. HORNE; RIVER CROSSING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY A. HORNE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on January 13, 2016 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, RIVER CROSSING UNIT 14, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 21 THROUGH 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
