YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MAGNOLIA ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 111, Magnolia Estate, Phase Two, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 67, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 1706 Nodding Thistle Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34655-4153.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 1-25-2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
