NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2015, and entered in 2014CA-003929-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK N.A is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHESTER REYNOLDS A/K/A CHESTER A. REYNOLDS, DECEASED.; DIANN DENMARK A/K/A SHARON DIANE DENMARK; KAREN EVERIDGE A/K/A KAREN CRISCO; CHESTER REYNOLDS, JR.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; ANGELA N.
