NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000044 of the Circuit Court of the TenthJudicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which FLAT IRON HOLDINGS, LLC, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO MOM HAVEN 13, LP, is the Plaintiff and SERGIO VEGA; LOURDES GARCIA A/K/A ALVARADO GARCIA LOURDES; SUN RAY HOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF MULBERRY; POLK COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; MIDFLORIDA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Polk County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 19th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
