NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2015, entered in Case No. 2015CA002085000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein CitiFinancial Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Beatrice Kay Ogilvie a/k/a Kay Ogilvie a/k/a Beatrice K. Ogilvie a/k/a Beatrice K. Nelson; Unknown Spouse of Beatrice Kay Ogilvie a/k/a Kay Ogilvie a/k/a Beatrice K. Ogilvie a/k/a Beatrice K. Nelson; Erin Capital Management LLC are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SOUTH 105 FEET OF WEST 191 FEET OF NORTH 430.05 FEET OF SOUTH 663.05 FEET OF WEST 658.5 FEET OF SE 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST.
AND
NORTH 30 FEET OF WEST 191 FEET OF SOUTH 233 FEET OF SW 1/4 OF SW 1/4 OF SE 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, LESS AND EXCEPT RIGHT OF WAY OF WHIDDEN STREET ALONG THE WEST SIDE THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
