NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST BEVERLY FAYE BARRETT, A/K/A BEVERLY F. BARRETT F/K/A BEVERLY FAYE EVANS DECEASED; CHERIE MISCHEL CHASTEEN A/K/A CHERIE M. CHASTEEN,AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF BEVERLY FAYE BARRETT A/K/A BEVERLY F. BARRETT F/K/A BEVERLY FAYE EVANS, DECEASED; SHANNON BARRETT BARRINGER F/K/A SHANNON BARRETT SUMNER, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF BEVERLY FAYE BARRETT A/K/A BEVERLY F.
