NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA-000962-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., Plaintiff and RICHARD EARL HERNDON are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on January 25, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 96 OF GARDEN GROVE PINES, UNRECORDED: THE WEST 95 FEET OF THE EAST 210 FEET OF THE NORTH 100 FEET OF THE SOUTH 745 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (NE 1/4) OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
