NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-002497 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2003-2 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and Lynda H. Jackson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on March 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1 IN BLOCK 3, OF W.R. VARN'S ADDITION TO BARTOW, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK “E”, PAGE 371; AND RUN THENCE WEST 198 1/2 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 64 1/2, THENCE EAST 198 1/2 FEET, THENCE NORTH 64 1/2 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; LYING IN AND COMPRISING A PART OF NE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
