NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-014661-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee is the Plaintiff and Angel L. Toro A/K/A Angel Luis Toro A/K/A Angel Toro; Maria M. Toro A/K/A Maria Milagros Toro A/K/A Maria Toro A/K/A Maria Milagros Casiano; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; Creekside of Dean Road Homeowners' Association, Inc. aka Creekside of Dean Road HOA, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession; Current Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 25th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, CREEKSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 49 AND 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
