NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 21, 2015, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-019508-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust, 2006-39CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-39CB is the Plaintiff and Teresa Santos; Unknown Spouse of Teresa Santos; Bank of America, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 24th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, BLOCK C, ROYAL ESTATES SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 119, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
