NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-016447-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and SON VAN TRUONG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SON VAN TRUONG and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 19th day of February, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 186, WILLOWBROOK PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 97 THROUGH 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
