NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 22, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-002468-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AMC1 is Plaintiff and FARVY FILS-AIME F/K/A FARVY F. JEAN, SUZE FILS-AIME, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FARVY FILS-AIME F/K/A FARVY F. JEAN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, SILVER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A YANIC YOUNG, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUZE FILS-AIME, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of February, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 63, Silver Ridge Phase III, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 55-56, of the Public Recorsd of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
