Unit 1, HILLSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF ORLANDO, INC., and the undivided share in the land, common elements and common expenses appurtenant to said unit, all in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions and terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of HILLSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF ORLANDO, INC., a condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4004, page 2564 thru 2609, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Unit 2, HILLSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and the undivided share in the land, common elements and common expenses appurtenant to said unit, all in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions and terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of HILLSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4004, pages 2564 thru 2609, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on IRA SCOT SILVERSTEIN, ESQUIRE, IRA SCOT SILVERSTEIN, LLC, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2900 West Cypress Creek Road Suite 6, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
