NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2015, entered in Case No. 12003089CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Bank of America N.A. is the Plaintiff and Monica Lucia Hoffman; Maxwell Rozen; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Charles Michael Hoffman a/k/a Charles M. Hoffman, Sr., Deceased; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Monica Lucia Hoffman; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 25th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 5089, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 95, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 1A THROUGH 1Z-33, PUBLIC RECORDS FOR CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
