Ferrell; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.; Unknown Spouse of Kenneth E. Ferrell; Unknown Tenants are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 4 & 12, BLOCK 3439, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 69, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 20A TO 20H INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
