NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2015, entered in Case No. 2012-2247-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein CitiBank, N.A., as Trustee for GSSA Home Equity Trust, 2007-8 is the Plaintiff and Cecilia M. Navarro and Gus G. Navarro, Jr. are Defendants, the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 A.M. in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of February 2015, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
All of Tract 29, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 22, according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 7, Page 84, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
