NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2015 and entered in Case No. 1202180CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-1, is Plaintiff and Randy Newberry A/K/A Randy F. Newberry, Annie M. Newberry, Regions Bank Successor by Merger to Amsouth Bank, Unknown Person(s) in Possession of the Subject Property, are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 23 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 1, Naples South, Unit No. 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 89 and 90, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Street Address: 4810 Aztec Circle, Naples, FL 34112
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
