NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 25 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-000413-00 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2004-8HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-8 is the Plaintiff and MARGILA PEREZ; JESUS T. PEREZ, SR.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARISEL PEREZ, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 23 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 68, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 24, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 11 AND 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
