NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Default Final Judgment dated January 26, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 14-CC-604 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit In and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34114 at 11:00 a.m. on the 23 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 610 of Progressive Auto Storage Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded at O.R. Book 2592, Pages 0989-1060, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
