NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 27, 2015 , and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003553, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff and ROBERT B. KIEHNE A/K/A ROBERT KIEHNE; GAIL E. KIEHNE A/K/A GAIL KIEHNE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 23 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 120, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 103 AND 104, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
