NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 27, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-4176-AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NICHOLAS M. RAGNI, JR., MICHELLE A. RAGNI, and LEN ROTH, are the Plaintiffs; and the above-named parties are the Defendants.
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of March, 2015, the following described properties as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Begin at the SE corner of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, thence North 124 feet; thence West 75 feet; thence South 124 feet, thence East 75 feet to the Point of Beginning, Manatee County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
