Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CC-3753 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein RIVER CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff and CARL E. LOEFFLER; WHITNEY NATIONAL BANK, A NATIONAL BANKING ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 NOW KNOWN AS DREW LOEFFLER, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 27 day of FEBRUARY, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 136, River Club North, Lots 113-147, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page(s) 164 through 179, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; A/K/A: 6706 Oakmont Way, Bradenton, FL 34202
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
