NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2011CA005483AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2005 CL1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005 CL1, is Plaintiff and Sarah O. Dawson, et al., are the Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 5th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Johnson Brothers Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 170 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Property Address: 1014 3rd Street East, Bradenton, FL 34208
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
