A DISTANCE OF 1363.08 FEET TO A POINT ON EASTERLY SIDE OF A 60 FOOT ROAD; THENCE SOUTH 17Ëš10” EAST ALONG SAID ROAD 566.45' TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 17°10” EAST 111 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°56' EAST 150 FEET; THENCE NORTH 17°10' WEST 111 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°56' WEST, 150 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
