NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CC-4225 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BURGUNDY UNIT TWO ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MARIBEL PERALTA is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 3 day of MARCH, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment 464, Burgundy Unit Two, a condominium in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 962, pages 347 thru 398, inclusive and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, pages 181 thru 186, inclusive, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; A/K/A: 4503 3rd St Cir W, Unit 464, Bradenton, FL 34207
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
