NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 2 December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013CA005876 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC D/B/A Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and Other Unknown Persons or Unknown Spouses Claiming By, Through, Under or Against Wendell Cook, Melody Darnell, Valerie Vale, Blair Cook, Bradley Cook, Janelle McGuire, Pamela Mayer, State of Florida, Department of Revenue,United States of America, Department of the Treasury - Internal Revenue Service, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 3rd of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
