NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2015, and entered in 2014CA001254AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein ALS III, LLC is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM C. BRYAN; LORIENA L. BRYAN are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on February 27, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, CLEO VILLAS ADDITION UNIT NO. 1, LESS THE SOUTH 3 FEET, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
