NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 27, 2015 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-003399 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and LATRICIA J WHIPPLE; DARREN L GAMBRELL; BRADEN RIVER LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 3rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
