Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 28, 2014, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on January 03, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of R.B. “Chips” Shore, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 114, FOSTERS CREEK, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 132, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 7008 50TH AVE E, PALMETTO, FL 34221-7358
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on February 27, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
