NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-056779 , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and CLAIRE M. CASEY; ROBERT C. CASEY; WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK; SAN MIRAGE AT BONITA SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SPRING CREEK EAST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A: ALAN BALL; TENANT #2 N/K/A: CAROL BALL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on May 27, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 626, SAN MIRAGE AT BONITA SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4596, PAGE 2292, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
