NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure January 23, 2015, and entered in DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC., TRUST 2006-HES MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006 HE5, is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 27 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT NO. 38, OF VILLAGE ON LAKE GENEVA II AT BRECKENRIDGE, A SUBDIVISION PURSUANT TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AT PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA (the “Property”).

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
