NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-056708 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, LINDA DOGGET, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 27 day of May, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK 73, UNIT 12, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
