Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 25 day of February, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 6 and the Northerly 20 feet of Lot 7, Block 12, San Carlos Park Northwest Addition, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Pages 12 and 13, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
