Paul, James M. Paul, Vivaldi at Costa Del Lago Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 25 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 13-03, PHASE 6, VIVALDI AT COSTA DEL LAGO CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4573, PAGES 1641 THROUGH 1750, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
