STOTT; ROSALIA A. STOTT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on March 2, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 160 FEET OF THE EAST 60 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, OF UNITY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
