NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Non-Jury Trial dated January 29, 2015 entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-053561 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-BC3, Plaintiff, and ANDREW KRALIK, Defendant.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 3 day of June, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11 & 12, BLOCK 685, UNIT 21, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 149 THROUGH 173, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
