NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1-30-15, and entered in 14-CA-051867 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and CROSS CREEK OF FORT MYERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JAY A. WOHL; RUTH WOHL; CROSS CREEK OF FORT MYERS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on March 2, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3110, BUILDING 1, CROSS CREEK OF FORT MYERS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1761, PAGE 581, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
