Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 28 day of January, 2015, and entered in case No. 14-CC-1440 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein VARSITY LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, KECHENER PETIT and MIRLANDE PETIT are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of March, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 73, Block A, Varsity Lakes Phase 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 63, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
