NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-004393-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and HEATHER MARLEY AND LOU MARLEY, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on March 3, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 619 AND 620, OF THE TOWN OF CRYSTAL SPRING ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
