NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-003328-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-3, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL G. ASTON, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 10th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 902, BERKLEY VILLAGE, Unit 2 as per plat thereof of as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 30-32, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 13322 Brigham Lane, Hudson, FL 34667
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
