Fernandez are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court,Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on April 6, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 111, OF THE COVE AT SIX MILE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 2005000044163, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 2005000158980, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
