NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-056421 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-PR2 Trust, Plaintiff and Iris C. Fernandez are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court,Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on April 6, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 111, OF THE COVE AT SIX MILE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 2005000044163, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 2005000158980, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
