You are HEREBY notified that an action for foreclosure of lien on the following described property:
Unit B, Building 46, TIMBER OAKS FAIRWAY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM V, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, pages 144 through 147, and according to that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 1025, page 1773, and any amendments thereto, public records of Pasco County, Florida.
Has been filed against you, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on STEVEN H. MEZER, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Bush Ross P.A., Post Office Box 3913, Tampa, FL 33601, on or before March 10, 2015, a date within 30 days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
