NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-004062WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11 is Plaintiff and MICHAL ZERZAN and SASHA L. ZERZAN, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on March 10, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in Pasco County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure , to-wit:
