NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the following property, situated in Pasco County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:

The Clerk of this Circuit Court will sell the property all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on March 9, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
