NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2011- CA- 005795-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, LESLIE, CLIFFORD C., et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of February, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 13, ZEPHYR HEIGHTS MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
