NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 15, 2015 and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-005813WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and FLOYD D. VETTER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC (SLS); are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 3/3/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
