NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 512014CA001561CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and WHALEN, CRYSTAL AND PAVLIKOVIC, MICHAEL, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on March 18, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 37, CITRUS TRACE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16 PAGE 14 THROUGH 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
