NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2010, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-008644-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff, and Arum A. Zapata a/k/a Arum Zapata, et al, are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 9th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 19-203, THE BELMONT AT RYALS CHASE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6561, PAGE 416, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 36009 Deer Creek Drive #19-203, Zephyrhills, FL 33541
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
